Decaf Telila 250g

This Ethiopian decaf comes to us through our wonderful partners at Osito Coffee. This is only the second year of production for Telila Washing Station in Ethiopia.

Telila coffee lots are built based on cherries delivered on a given day. Mike and his team are meticulous with their quality control, even storing their parchment coffee in sealed bags – a first for Ethiopia that required government approval. This particular lot was blended together and then decaffeinated in Germany using the Ethyl Acetate method.
