Decaf Martir 250g

The Mártir group is made up of 20 families who are between Alto Canada in Huila and as far off as Itaibe in Cauca. The passion and dedication of these producers are second to none.

Producers are either using organic practices or are in transition to being organic (though not certified).

This coffee is decaffeinated locally, using Ethyl Acetate. Having the decaffeination done locally helps support investment in communities in Colombia.
